Finley & Sam | Garden Elopement | Greenville, South Carolina

and it goes like this… covid sucks.

Finley and Sam, like so many of the stories that I have captured over this past year, had planned on having a big wedding with all their family and friends this past August, but then covid and you know the rest. They decided to move their wedding to 2021. After thinking it over they contacted me and asked if I was available to photograph their elopement on their original wedding date and of course I said heck yes. So we planned an intimate ceremony with just the two of them, the officiant and myself. We showed up to the location to be welcomed by a morning shower that slowly moved out and left us with a beautiful morning. Finishing touches at the car, flowers made by Finley, and a sweet walk to the ceremony site set up the day perfectly. Finley & Sam said I do among the elephant ear plants and wiped tears through their vows becoming husband and wife. Then we celebrated with a charcuterie board, chocolate cake and a champagne toast. It was a day to behold and witness and I am forever grateful! I can’t wait to celebrate the Nadlers again in June!

Enjoy the beauty that is this day!

Covid has nothing on my couples
